School Supplies

Donations
Kindergarten will be accepting donations of
any Crayola products that are on sale this
time of year (crayons, colored pencils, markers,
twistable, etc.)

We will also be accepting donations of new
Fiskar non-stick pointed-tip Kids Scissors (5")

Required
4 Large Glue Sticks
Not too big and not too small...the 0.77 oz. glue stick is
just about Goldilocks.  Don't worry too much about this.
As long as it sticks, we will make it work!

1 Box of Tissues
One box will be plenty.  We have some left from last
year and storage is always at a premium.

Zipper Pencil Case
They have these in a variety of colors at Walmart for
about $1.00.  Remember crayons*, scissors*, pencil*, eraser,
and dry erase markers* need to be able to fit in this and then
it needs to be able to fit in the pocket on the back of the chair.
The 10"x6" size works just about right.  Please label.

*These items will be provided at school.

Soft Pink Eraser
This is pretty self explanatory.

Mat for Rest Time
The blue and red mats that you see
for less than $10.00 are perfect.  Hand-me-downs
are wonderful!  We take about a 10 minute
power nap until the end of December,
and then we graduate to quiet reading time.
Please keep it simple and do not bring pillows,
blankets, etc.  Please label.

WetOnes Antibacterial Wipes
Often students will be using these wipes and
this is my favorite brand. Others can be too harsh
and baby wipes can be greasy.  We will accept
all brands though.

Headset for Computer and iPad
Headphones or earbuds are fine.  They will not be
available for purchase at school this year.  In
Kindergarten these will be used several times per
day.  Please label somehow.

1 1/2" 3-Ring Binder and 2 2-pocket folders
Put these together and it will make our BEACH organizational notebook.
Work and notes will go back and forth to school in this binder along
with a daily behavior report and reading log.  Please label.
